Shipping and delivery methods and times

Diana Shop uses the best couriers for shipping orders within Italy and to countries belonging to the European Union*

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country or city, and the weight and dimensions of the goods shipped.

Shipping times depend on the payment methods used and generally do not exceed 48 hours from receipt of all amounts due for the Order (product cost plus shipping costs).

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the actual availability of the ordered product.

If the customer's billing address does not match the shipping address, the latter will always be used to calculate shipping costs.

SHIPPING IN ITALY

Rates for national shipments

For shipments within Italy, Diana Shop applies a single flat rate of €5.00 (VAT included and excluding disadvantaged areas**) for all shipments.

Order Shipping and Delivery Times within Italy

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery or PayPal payment are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours from the Order Confirmation date.

For Cash on Delivery payments, prices will be increased by €5.00 for administration fees, and the recipient must pay the Courier the exact amount in cash, equivalent to the total amounts due for the purchase of the ordered products, including shipping costs. The Courier cannot accept payment methods other than cash or give change.

Orders placed with payment via Advance Bank Transfer are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours from the date of credit to Diana Shop's account of all amounts due.

Order delivery generally takes 1-2 working days from shipment. However, in some cases, delivery times may vary, especially in relation to the destination of the goods. In particular, for all areas identified as disadvantaged areas**, delivery times can be as long as 3-5 working days.

 Free shipping will be applied to all orders whose total amount, excluding shipping costs, exceeds €99.00 (VAT included) and whose destination is within national territory (Italy), with the exception of areas identified as disadvantaged areas**.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rates for shipments to EU Countries

For shipments to European Union countries, a flat rate of €20.00 will be applied.

For shipments to non-European Union countries, a flat rate of €39.00 will be applied.

Rates are calculated during the purchase process and before order confirmation. Shipping costs are listed in the summary contained in the Order Confirmation email sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the purchase process.

Order Shipping and Delivery Times in EU Countries

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery or Paypal payment are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours from Order Confirmation.

Orders placed with payment via Advance International Bank Transfer are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours from the date of credit to Diana Shop's account of all amounts due.

Delivery times vary depending on the order's destination. Orders shipped can typically take at least 7 working days for delivery from shipment.

 

LOST SHIPMENTS OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Diana Shop is not responsible for lost shipments or any damage caused to goods during transport.
