Shipping times depend on the payment methods used and generally do not exceed 48 hours from the receipt of all amounts due for the Order (product cost plus shipping costs).

• Within 14 days of delivery of the goods, send a communication to the e-mail address info@dianashop.it or directly from our contact form stating the wish to withdraw from the contract, also providing the reference of the order placed. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
